dballe software package provides Database for punctual meteorological data (Command line tools), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dballe
dballe is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dballe package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dballe *
You will get with dballe package name, version, architecture and description in a table
